New England Tech is now LINCOLN TECHNICAL INSTITUTE! In January of 2007, our four New England Tech and Center For Culinary Arts locations in New Britain, Hamden, Shelton and Cromwell Connecticut all made the transition to become Lincoln Technical Institute. After more than 60 years, our schools have earned the reputation of being a solid, stable and supportive Connecticut technical school where individuals get trained to start jobs in as little time as possible. Our career-focused training programs get you ready for work without general studies courses. We offer a variety of programs to choose from including: Automotive, HVAC, Electrician, Allied Health Medical Assisting and Practical Nursing programs and, of course, their Culinary program housed at two Center For Culinary Arts campus locations.
Our team of instructors, administrators and student services specialists help you reach your goals. We have career fairs that put you in direct contact with employers and internships and externships that build real work experience. Financial Aid is also available to those who qualify.
